Norstar password reset 1

I have had twice in the last month, a customer gets a used Norstar from their headquarters. After installing and powering on, I find that someone has changed the password.
Anyone know of a FEATURE CODE and password that will reset the password back to CONFIG? ( this is not the voice mail reset - this is the Norstar reset )

There is no feat code. You get it through NRU, debug, or defaulting the system and wiping out all programming.

Use Feature ** DEBUG to obtain the "Config" Password. A good FAQ is on this website.

this response may be a bit late, but if you can use the browser tool, not the remote set, you can change the password. The browswer tool does not require a password to see programming. Hope this helps.
