Norstar or BCM equivalent to OTM?

I'm more from the Meridian world and I was wondering if there was anything equivalent to OTM for the Norstar and BCM.

Is there a software platform to manage the Norstar and BCM solutions. From Nortel or not.

Yes there is ...not equivalent but similar
it is called Norstar Remote Utilities for norstar
your Internet Explorer browser with JRE for the BCM (not sure of other browsers)
