Has anyone exprienced this - Norstar MICS system , with a older release , maybe 4.1 . All phones in the system , users are reporting if they make outbound calls, they hear dial tone, dial the number, but no ringing, but the call is going through and user will answer or voicemail, etc. Inbound calls are working fine as well as internal set to set calls . The site is using POTS lines , not PRI . Any suggestions to the cause of this problem ( just started today ) . The system has been power cycled today , no improvement .
