I am not familiar with NAMs but currently, I have an issue with the auto attendant picking up on only three of the calls. Any call that comes after will ring and never be picked up. How many ports are available on a NAM and where to enable them to allow more calls to be answered by our auto attendatn. Thanks.

Never seen a NAM with less than 4 channels. Use Ftr915, pswd and navigate to Channel Status and you will see realtime what your channels are doing.

it really depends on the age/version of the NAM the NAM 1 used a copper dn interface instead of the fiber interface.

sounds like one of the ports/DN's may be bad.
