Norstar MICS with 5.0 XC software and Companion 3060's

Hi There,

Have 5.0 xc software installed on the MICS.
Have 10 base stations. Have 25 3060's to register.


Problem:

3060 handsets will not register.
Allows you to put in the password.
After entering the DN "registration fail"


Can see the base stations as "idle"
Re-evaluation is not required.

Module 14 is being used for the companion.

Any thoughts?

Is registration set to yes in system programming under companion?

did you remove the set/dn before you tried to add
I assume its an reinstall since none are available and no new keycodes are being released

is this a mics na or usa, if na it does not need key codes.
