Hi! I have a customer who had a power surge, causing issues with the PRI. I saved the database, and want to restore it in another KSU. Will the PRI Enabler Key transfer to the new KSU? I see it in programming, and have a steady green light on the DTI card. Can't make or receive calls, though. Attempts to dial out receive error message "No Lines Available". Thoughts?

No you cannot just use a key code on one product and then use it on another, that goes for anything with any manufacturer.
Key codes are tied to the System ID (or Serial Number).
That why you must provide them to generate a key code.

You would need to create a ticket with Avaya to transfer then ship them the defective unit however not so sure its supported any longer.

Why are you trying to use another KSU?

Did you do a restore attempt to the same KSU?
Or a system starup?
Did you try doing anything in Hardware?

If you see it in programming then this cabinet also has a PRI keycode in it. You should be good to go.

Power surge took out several pieces of the original system. Had to replace the KSU. Got a key code for the new KSU, and new software. Everything now working!
