Norstar MICS - Need Upgrade for Call Center

We currently have about 70 users on our Norstar system and I have Hunt groups setup to route calls from our AA. I need a more advanced way to route calls. I need the ability to track how many calls each person answers and which queue they end up in.

Can anyone reccomend an add on module to our current Norstar system and let me know approximate cost and setup diffuculty.

You need to get Norstar Minet ACD or a SMDR6 unit with does call detail record.
