Norstar MICS DR5 SW6.02 Lines become inactive 1

I have a Norstar MICS that over a few weeks will make different lines become inactive on different trunk modules. Has anyone ran into this problem?

I got this info from system test log and Network event log. SYS TEST:693-98B3 S3, 693-84B3 S3, 693-1CB0 S3, 693-F0B6, 462-00110201. NET EVT LOG: 421 S8, 454-226 S5, 223 S7, 453-02250000 this happend 6 more times just changed station number.

event 462 says "system shrinkage. corrupted data set to default"
action=customer data must be programmed ...means call itas and check if restart and reprogram from scratch is needed
