When I do Feature 915 I get inactive feature.
Feature 983, 981, and 982 works fine and all of the other feature codes are ok. Any suggestions.
P.S. I also tried 916,917,918,919,and so on with no luck.

What's the release on your NAM flash card?

I believe the release 20 should be compatible.

The Feature code is 943.
