I have an office that wants to have their two primary lines (POTS) broadcast to a group of stations if the receptionist cannot answer the call within 3 rings. I assumed this meant that I needed to establish a hunt group. They want L001 and L004 to broadcast to about 10 DN's after 3 rings.

SO, I dialed in and established a hunt group. I added the Member DNs, L001 and L004, then set a line appearance & ring of 790 (the number of the hunt group) to all the sets that we intended to be members of the group. Trouble is, when we tested it, it still continuously rings at the sets that have an appear & ring of those lines. For example, 590, 591, 594, and 595 have A&R for both those lines. But, they are also all in the hunt group.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the lines from the hg sets, and cfna the receptionist's set to 790 at 3 rings.
