I recently upgraded a customer from analog Copper lines to a PRI.

I assigned the Target Lines to the Night Ring Group.

Now when the system is in Nights the caller will hear "That Extension is Unavailable". Then it plays the greeting. Any suggestion on why this is happening.

You did not say what Night Service is supposed to do.

If AA is to answer:
By default in the Rining Group/Sets the ringing ext is X221.
Remove it and replace it with the DN of the Voice Mail (F985 to see)

It maybe possible another DN is programmed and told to go to vmail on FNA yet it does not have a mailbox.

Yes the AA is suppose to answer...

I did a scan under the ring group and only the pilot extension of voice mail is assigned.

This has me baffled.

Is the NVRAM cartridge for the MICS release 02 or higher? Using a PRI on a release 01 NVRAM can result in various weird transfer and ringing issues. Also, is the 6.1 software card labeled MR? There were glitchy problems with the first release of 6.1.

It is Auto....customer says it didn't do this when they used Analog Lines. But I never tried it, I inherited this one.
