Location 1 has an MICS ver 6.1 with T7316 phones with a 23-channel PRI

Location 2 has a Nortel BCM-400 ver 3.6, also with T7316 phones and a 23-channel PRI

Question1: Can Cisco 7960 phones work with BCM?

Question 2: Can the MICS be configured to enable two-digit dailing into the BCM-400?

Question 1: No

Question 2: Yes, it's possible, but not wise. The general rule is always set a BCM or MICS to 3 digits, so you get flexibilty and Hunt groups. If you you are gonna network them, the rule would be 4 digits.

I guess you could have 3 digit BCM DN#s and just have the route insert the first digit. But my head hurts just thinking about it.

How many extensions do you have at each location? Both of those systems are scaled large, and I'm sure you've got more than 10 ext's at each. Building routing tables with only 2 digits would eat up all your available digits for routing codes, if even possible.
