Norstar Message retention lengths?

How do I check the retention limits on messages in voice mail, and can I extend this limit? Is their a default?

what voicemail do you have a Flash or NAM? It is different per v.mail and by class of service.

Both voicemail are a box on the wall (usually near your phone system) The flash is about 10"X18"X2" with "FLASH" labeled on the outside, the Norstar Applications module is a box that is roughly the same size as a MICS with "Application Module" labled on it. If you can find your flash doc's in the setup and operations guide look in appendix B for the values of class of service. Look in appendix D in a Norstar Voice Mail Setup & Operations guide.
