Norstar manager 3.7 - inactive feature error

Hello,

Has anyone else run into the following problem? I got Norstar manager to run on Windows 7 by running it in XP compatibility mode and it will connect to a KSU without an issue. However when you try to access the voicemail it says inactive feature. I have tried this for multiple sites and even though the voicemail is up and accessible locally when you try and hit feature 983, for example, it gives inactive feature error. I have tried running Norstar manager in other compatibility modes such as 98 and NT but no luck.

I have 3.5 working on Windows 7, didn't know there was a version 3.7

Thanks for replying. Did you have to do anything special to get it to work? Are you running it in compatibility mode and if so which OS? Also are you running into the same inactive feature error with the voicemail feature codes or is it working for you? Something strange I found is that 3.7 actually shows up as 3.5 in the start menu after you install it but when installing it says 3.7... not sure why.

Running as XP, I just press Voicemail and the window and key pad show up then I can access

3.7 is for XP
