CAUSING AN IVR TO GO OFF HOOK. PHONE SYSTEM IS NOT PASSING OUT DTMF ALSO. THIS WAS JUST REPROIGRAMMED FROM POWER LOSS, PROBABLY SURGE FROM LIGHTNING. ANY IDEAS?
Yes it is I had my guy monitor the outbound call at the tele-router, and he heard pulse, at that point we figured it out, and found the default was pulse. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated.!
