Norstar M7310 Phone

I'm looking to change a phone extension number of a Norstar M7310 desk phone and following the usual instructions of pressing Feature**266344 but can not enter the password 266344 when prompted. Need help on how i can enter the password as nothing is showing when entering the password. Help please!! thanks

Nothing is supposed to show, just like when you enter passwords on any web form.
Soon as the correct password is used then you will see the display show "Configuration" or Set&Terminals"

If still does not work then it is time to call a vendor.
