Norstar M7310 Incoming Calls & Voice Mail help

When a call comes in and I transfer to my boss' extension, incoming calls do not come through, caller states phone keeps on ringing. The main office line will not receive calls if I transfer it to her. But, if she calls out from her phone, the calls will come in to the main line.) We only have three extensions in our office.

Also on that same extension (the Boss), calls will not transfer to her voice mail. I went into her system via feature 983 and her mailbox is in there. I can transfer a call directly into her mailbox, but if I transfer while she is on the phone and it only ring.

 
You should be calling in a trained tech for this.....could be a long time troubleshooting on forums and if you don't know programming on the phone system side then your out of luck here.
There is a lot of variables we would need to know on how its programmed.
F983 will not help this issue it sounds like.

-DN of set
-Appear & Ring settings
-CFNA
-Forward Busy

Possibles that a reboot on both systems maybe required, you want a tech to do that in case something goes wrong.

I have a CICS 7.1 system, and unable to find changing the number of rings before voice mail picks up on extensions
Also need to know if there is a remote messaging to signal that voicemail exists on a users extension? page?
