how can i put feature 981 plus password on a one touch button.
i was not able to do it on a personal speed dial or system speed dial

how can i make a message waiting light appear next to ananswer dn on my phone so i can tell if the extentions i am answering for has messages i can do it on my option 11.

how can i make the general mail box display message for u if it vis ext 100 and the operator is 221. i do not want to disable the general delivery mailbox.

#3. If you have a mailbox 0f 221 assigned to ext 221, I would remove it and then assign MBox 100 to ext 221 with message indicator set to yes. With your system, you can only have 1 mailbox per ext. An option would be to put it on a lobby or break room phone where the operator can check it for messages.

Change message notification for mailbox 100 to 221.
After logging into the box 100, go into admin then press 6 to set up message notification. It will say not initialized, then the screen will show EXT: enter in 221. Then set the times that you want to notify the extension (8am-5pm). After a message is left in mailbox 221, it will show up in the display as 'Msg for you'. If a message is left for mailbox 100, the voicemail will actually call the ext. When the person answers the phone it will say that there is a message for "Genrai Delivery". Then in the screen you'll see a softkey Log in button, press it and log into mailbox 100 and get the message.
