Someone here posted about this saying that voicegatecorp may have a product for norstar systems. I would like to get some more info on this. I looked at their website but didnt see anything about Norstar solutions. Anyone?

Thanks

The website seems very breif, does anyone have experience with the products? What exactly are their benefits?

I called but all the sales agents were busy so i'll give them a call later. Hey Aragon, its the Barbadian here. Thanks for the help. I remember you telling us that Norstar typically isnt too good for hospitality but that may be where voicegate could come in. We have a customer who has a villa with 35 rooms and wants the room number to be the voice mail extention number. But callpilot doesnt allow more than 7 transfers within a menu which requires us to have 5 menus with 7 transfers. The greeting will have to say "For rooms 1 through 7 press 1, for rooms 8 through 15, press 2" for example. So far thats our only solution if we use callpilot, i'll see what voicegate has to offer.
