Have an Norstar ICS Voice Mail System set up with @ 70 DN'S and another 65 5000 Series Mailboxes. Also have several recording trees (4)with numberous prompts along the way.
Trunk Line System
Dilemma: Does anyone know of a way to deny access to a certain caller or from a particular phone number using the voice mail system? For example - A caller keeps accessing a certain DN voice mail and filling it up with nonsense. We have taken this particular DN out of the directory and have the call screening feauture activated. This of course, only works if we assume the caller did not somehow get the DN number originally and also if they actually get to the call screening feature and the recipient is not there, a message can still be left by remaining on the line.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
