Do you get this right away when you try to open "remote set tool"? or do you get other pop ups first?
It seems you have one data base open in the background, did you open that manually with MS Access or the NRU, if NRU close it then try again.
Folder is something like: Program Files\Nortel Networks\ICSRT\DB
There should be 2 files, one is the site list "CustomerInfo" and the other "JobQueue", are they both there?
