Norstar ICS: Don't Know the Password

I don't know how to connect to this system or what the username/password would be once I connect. I am thinking, serial port with a hyperterm program. What are the parameters to make the connection? Any help would be great!

Programming is done through a 2-Line display digital telephone. It's menu driven, with an overlay on the keypad.

it means to press the key labeled feature
then press **266344
then enter in the password we can't give passwords here but it is in the install guide for the system

Ah, cool! Thanks!! I think I can find the overlay and install guide. If it is not the default, is there a way to reset it? Thanks again for the info.

I just went brain dead?? What pair do you put a nortel flash
on.. I keep getting Inactive feature?? What am I doing wrong?? Help??

flash can connect to any port on the system but it can take a while to load some flash software you need to do a feature 903 first

It's all dependant on the ksu you're connecting to...

What KSU are you installing it on? If a 616, then the first 16 pairs of the station block will work. If you're installing it on a CICS with early sw, then make sure you don't have restricted sw (-R). That version only supported 8 extensions (including vm), so you may have to upgrade if that's what you've got.
