Norstar debug procedure

I am wanting to change a password on the Norstar. I have all the Debug tools needed except for the memory address location for MICS/CICS 6.0, 6.1, 7.0, 7.1. Can anybody help out here?

I am trying to change the installer password.

You can go into programing under passwords and change the installer PSWD.If you do not know the password you can change it by going in thru the RAD.

The reason I need this info is because the installer password has been changed and is now lost. No one rmembers what it is and we are doomed never to log in to this system again, unless we are willing to sacrafice the configuration data.
