How do I backup all the data on a 8x24 KSU to a computer?

A vendor with a RAD (remote access device) and the proper software (NRU) can perform a backup. On an 8x24, it would probably be quicker to just reprogram the entire thing.

Working with a RAD is frustrating, but not imposible. My suggestion is to download the NRU from Nortel's website and put it on a Windows 98 laptop. You can then go to the site and direct connect to the switch through the RAD and make a good backup.
