Hi , I was wondering if any one knew if there was a easier way of getting all the data out of the system without using the handsets as I have not been trained on these products , I would appreciate if some one could inform me on this subject

no not unless your system is a bcm, either way this forum is for nortel merridian pbx systems, there is a key system forum, they may help with training but the older systems programed only from the sets

You can use NRU to download to a excell file. Depends on the version of software being ran.
