Norstar CICS - Hunt Groups

Hello all!

I recently installed a used CICS I purchased a few weeks ago. Things are mostly going smoothly, but I have one big issue...

We have a tech support department with 2 phones. We have StarTalk flash w/ a CCR tree... One of the options is tech support, which is set to forward to one of the two tech support extensions.

The issue is that I would like that option to ring both extensions and give them both the option to answer. After much reading, it seems that hunt groups is the way to do this. I do not, however, have the hunt groups option under system programming. I found a thread here saying that 3-digit DN's are required for this. So, I changed from 2 to 3 digit DN's and went through the hassle of re-doing the entire CCR tree. Unfortunately I STILL have no option for hunt groups. The manual seems to have nothing, and I can't find much else related here. I hope I'm not looking over something blatent!

Also, is there any way to get the company directory to be first name based, or to play a list instead of dialing names? The company has 4 employees, 2 of which are myself and my dad, both with the same last name. We rather get away from last names for obvious reasons!

What is the software release on your CICS?'
Hunt groups come out with 4.0. Anything prior to that will not have the prompts.
Look under SYSTEM PROGRAMING, for the Hunt Group programing if you are 4.0 or above.

Is there a list somewhere of what features came out w/ what versions? And where is a good source for upgrades?

Yikes! Our system reports software version:

SP: 30JsH03 NAT

Which according to the FAQ is:

Js = EXPANDED CICS 1.0

So apparently we're WAY behind on features. We're bidding on a 6.0 on eBay, so we'll see... Any other suggestions on sources for the software? Or if we win the auction, what is the upgrade procedure?

I used What's new with Norstar, page 5 of the 4.0 installer guide for my reference. (P0881600 isswue 2)
I keep saying that I am going to make a list of when what features came out, but you know how things go sometimes.

Ack. That's why I put it as a question. It was hospitality that came out with 4.1. Two H's. ??:}
