Norstar - CalPilot - DTMF settings

How do I change the DTMF length with a norstar using a callpilot 100??? I can't find it... please include thorough steps... I know to go into feat. 983, then 120000 but where is it from there... or is it in the norstar programming???

aa will not respond to dtmf tones... I think the length is too long...

Does AA work at all or just occasionally?

works if you wait a long time...

Is the vm not responding to dtmf at all, or just a sustained press of the button? Or are you having different trouble entirely?

CallPilot 100/150 DSP Firmware Patch Description



This patch is intended for sites experiencing DTMF recognition on CallPilot 100/150 platforms when dialing subscriber numbers via Automated Attendant. This issue has been reported when the far end caller is connected to the CallPilot via PRI or T1 facilities and most often the call is originated from a Cellular network.

this of coarse does not answer my original question... how do I change the dtmf length????

Does anyone have experience with Norstars and CPI ? Working on a problem were I am replace the old DAC unit that supplied CPI with a new unit that does not.
