I have a site that keeps losing holiday schedules after an outage. Is there a fix for this?

Maybe
What version is the software?
3.1 is the latest and did help some Holiday blues of sorts.

Are you backing up the system and restoring ok?

I have to check what version they are on right now. I haven't done any backup on the callpilot 100/150 because I don't know how. I'm currently searching on how to access the callpilot 100 remotely and doing a backup. It's been awhile since I worked on this system back in Wiltel era =)

Here is the FAQ on how to network the Callpilot or just connect direct if onsite with a cross-over cable.

You need the BRU software (Backup & Restore Utility)
This was on the CD in the Utilities older if you have it.

You log into the Callpilot Browser then navigate to Backup & Restore and select backup, click proceed, it will then prepare the Callpilot for the backup.
Open the BRU software, enter the IP and select Backup.

Takes about 45 minutes I think....the status bar hangs for a long time when its about 3 quarter done.

Same process to Restore.

This was a known software bug, but can't remember the software level, it was an earlier version though. If you upgrade to 3.1 that should fix you up.
