Has anyone ever seen the error "No Resource" when trying to access a Call Pilot through a key set? If so; what was the cause.

That was the first thing I checked. The wallboards did not show any calls in the Q. When all ports are busy the display reads "VM Busy". Thanks, but I think I need to keep digging.

I'd start with rebooting the CP. Are you still able to log in via the GUI?

If there's a 3 prong power supply on the CP, get it changed out quick for the newer 8v (2 prong). The older 9v ones caused some strange symptoms before cooking the system.

Rebooting got the system backup when it happened. I just don't want it to happen again. I will check the power supply. Thanks.

Make sure that you are running the latest release of software. Version 31.10.31.22 of CallPilot 100/150/

I have seen it. It ended up being the unit. I tried other software with that unit same thing. Change the unit with the original software never had a problem since. Eventually it will quit working all together. You'll have to keep resetting.

Thanks for the help all. I am replacing the unit per Nortel. I guess the resolution is scrap it. It's only been in operation for a 1.5 years. Just enough time to be out of warranty. What happened to the days when you installed a Nortel product then forgot about it until the customer needed moves adds and changes?
