norstar Applying Restrictions to extension line

How can I add the zero restriction to extension on my norstar phone.

I am doing as you mentioned but when I am coming to add/chg I have the following problem

There is no change and I have some pre difined filters.How can i do it.

When you 'show' a restriction filter there should be an 'add' prompt over the left hand soft key. Press that and enter your new restriction. Use existing filter for set or create a whole new filter. Don't forget to change to the new filter under the heading 'set restrictions'. If this is still not working please post system software Rls #.
