norstar 7310 mck 3000 with COD Cinphony acd

Hey guys,
Has anyone had success using the Call On Demand function of the MCK 3000 with a Norstar 7310 phone. This is an ACD, call center environment. Without COD calls are received flawlessly, however, when COD is enabled, the error is handshake failed. The MCK 3000 is in ring mode because that is the only choice. Any ideas?
