My client is having issues with their PRI that appear to be on the station end. When a call rings to DID 2147 (Line 183 Ring Only) the first call rings to the station but there is no ring indicating a second call. Second call continues ringing without transferring to 2181 (Call Pilot) and no appearance ringing on the second intercom key. DRT to Prime is set to none. CFwd NoAnswer is set to Call Pilot extension and Busy NoAnswer is set to none.
