Norstar 6x16 with startalk

Telephone system is in English but Startalk is in French, anyway to correct this? I can't seem to find any feature codes?

the language files are on the cd that came with the system.

well that's a problem I know longer have cd that came with System or Startalk. Back to square one. LOL Thanks

There's no CD for the flash

F983 > password > 2 > Bilingual = N > Primary Lang = ENG.

doowop44 you did not specify your issue in full.

Are you talking about the language you hear in the greetings when calling in or are you talking about characters you read on your display when logging into vmail?

For the latter change the COS of that mailbox to an even number for the Alternate Language or an Odd number for the Primary language.
For Feature 983 you want to change the COS for mailbox 12.
