Still an issue! I made Line 4 Private to Tele 36 .. Speaker does not go off when we call the number... When I change it to pool C - Tele 23 .. The speaker goes off!.. even though 23 aux ringer is set to "N" .

-Check if 23 is in a Hunt Group as a member or in any Night Service Mode.
-Check ALL sets to see if one or more have an Answer DN assigned to them under Sets/LineAccess/AnswerDN, could be the set with the Answer DN has it Aux set to yes.
-Check X23 if it has Forward Busy and No Answer set to another ext.
