Have a technician in the field that is saying the MOH is not coming through. Does the DR1 level have anything to do with the MOH not working? MOH is transmitting but nothing coming out.

Any thoughts?

If you have verified that the music is coming out of the MOH device, and you know for sure that you have the leads in the correct place, then all you should have to do is check that your system setting show "On Hold: Music".

If this is all set correctly, then you might have a hardware problem or a bad pair on your amphenol cable.

The DR-1 level shouldn't have anything to do with it. I think MOH has been available since day 1.
