I am instaling a 6-16 Norstar. It has 1 line incoming 8 ext out. Is there any way of queing new callers when the line is busy.

no and yes. the system will not "queue" the callers, but you can get call waiting on the line. You will not be able to talk to both callers at the same time reguardless. buck up and get a roll over line.

How in the heck can 8 people use one outgoing line? Impossible!

Maybe it's the Gov. you know what they say 1 works while 6 or so watch.........
