Norstar 6.1 MICS - Forced Account Codes

Customer has 2 PRI's with SMDR - 6 & Trisys Tapit EX
Call Accounting Software. Can I setup Forced Accounting Codes(3 digits) through Norstar so that user has to enter before making Long Distance call? Tapit can do Account Codes report if account codes are setup in SMDR.

Norstar doesnt do forced account codes ...only voluntary

i've not worked on TAPIT ...but if it is a CTA based call accounting package - then they might have an addon 3rd party call control package => the PC controls the call processing after the digts are dialed

ive used CTI tools sold by telecost.com ... customer maintains it ...so its fairly easy
