I have a New MICS 6.1 with PRI and a 4.0 NAM . I have the recieved digits of the target lines assigned to the sets.
Whan ever I call the did it will ring on the set and then call fowards to the AA> If I call the DN direct it goes to the user mailbox associated with the DN. HERE IS THE KICKER - IF I GO THRU THE AA VIA A DID SET TO ANSWER IN THE MAIL IMMEDIATLY AND DIAL AN EXTENSION WITH OUT A TARGET LINE IT WILL GO TO THE PROPER MAIL - IF I DIAL ONE A DN THAT HAS A DID(TARGET) ASSOCIATED WITH IT -THE CALL FOWARDS BACK TO THE AA INSTEAD OF THE PROPER MAIL BOX.

THANKS

UPDATE ON THIS POST. ALSO IF I TAKE A CALL ON THE MAIN SWITCH BOARD AND TRANSFER THIS CALL TO A DN WITH A MAILBOX. THE CALL WILL RING THE APPROPRIATE 4 TIMES AND THEN FOWARD TO THE AUTO ATTENDANT- I CANNOT MAKE THE CALLS GO TO THE USER PERSONNAL MAILBOX. THE ONLY WAY THEY HIT THE USERS MAILBOX IS IS ON AN INTERNAL DN TO DN CALL.
THANKS

If you have an internal modem on the NAM and call into it using Norstar Voice Mail Manager in your NRU software, go to OPTIONS tab and go into SYSTEM PARAMETERS. It will come up and about half way down you'll see Redirect DN set to yes, it should be set to NO.
