Hey Guys,
I have a Norstar MICS and just upgraded to 6.0 from 3.0.
I have a Nortel Doorphone and DOC.
Previously I had the system programmed so that when the doorbell was rung, the phones showed the Doorphone as an intercom button, that showed as in use for about 60 seconds after the door bell was rung. This way you could either hit the intercom buttom to talk, or pickup the phone and talk, or open the door from the 3 buttons on the display.
Since doing the upgrade to 6.0, the doorbell is functioning 100% correctly. But the intercom extension button, and the DOC open button only appear during the few seconds while the doorbell is ringing.
Anyone have any idea what I have done wrong, or how to fix this issue to make the doorphone more friendly as it used to be ?
I also added a FastRad to the system, and have Tools 10.0
