Thats what I thought but customer says he always pressed a button and went to voicemail but I don't see one on site.Lost his power supply and he claims it was working before the power went out in the hurricane.I think he may be confused and has carrier provided voicemail.
I just had the same problem, voicemail button de-programmed. Customer swears they pressed that to get into voicemail. It was a speed dial to the phone company.
