Ok I have seen this a couple times but I have totally forgotten a command. I can Putty into our CM server, use the craft password to get in but then I am at a prompt that is not the CM prompt to start entering your common Avaya commands.
Right now the prompt is just a > I know there is a command I need to enter to get to the prompt to do Avaya commands I just cant remember what it is. Can you guys help me out?
