Hi one of our user try to send email to the vendor and received the following error:
"None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient"

but if I try to send it, I was able to send it out and didn't get any error message, also she doesn't have any issues to send email to peopel within the Org.

This the error she just received when she try it again this PM:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'joe, maildude ' on 10/4/2006 3:43 PM
The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again, or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email system of the recipient.

Typically I've found this to be a problem with the e-mail address (usually when typed in, but could be from a contact entry) that is being used. Maybe it accidentally has a space in it, or some other non-obvious but non-allowed character. Have your user manually (and correctly!) type the address on the To: line and send the message. If it works then a bad address is most likely the cause. Track down how she entered the address the first time and correct it.
