I have a client whose backup fails about 50% of the time. The exception is an e-mail or e-mails that have a long string of characters in the title. If you look at the e-mail there is no string of characters actually there. I usually go in and omit the offending e-mail from the backup, but then a differnt e-mail will have the string and fail the backup. it is different e-mails from different users in different folders each time.
