Non-ringing phone

I have a 2616 set that is not ringing when called. I can see it flash the 0 key for the phone but hear no ring. Here is the TNB:

one of two problems, since key 0 is scr (r=ring) either the set is bad or you might try holding the vlo button down on the right side while it is ringing.. i've never seen this problem be a dig card, but it could be..

Check the volume settings on the phone's program settings, also did you try reseting the phone (disu enlu)? If this fails and you have another 2616 close by, plug it in and eliminate the phone as a suspect.
