Non-DDI incoming routes from ISDN30

Good afternoon,

I've lurked for many years, here's my first request!

I have some 'legacy' non-DDI numbers coming into an Option 11 but I can't see where they go - I need to change the hunt group or equivalent as they seem to be going all over the place currently (distribution was configured over 15 years ago).

Where should I look?

If you know what trunk they come in on go to LD 80 and do a trace on that trunk. It will tell you what extension it is going to.
 
It's best if you try out the following excel capture file for sets, ACD etc. You can get follow what is being forwarded etc.
