Nomenclature - brain lockup

A question about definitions. If we look at a table in datasheet view, we call a row of data a "record". A column of data is called a "field". Where a row and a column intersect, we have one specific little piece of data, and we call that a....?

I keep thinking we've got a name for that, but I can't for the life of me make my brain recall it.
