Nokia 22 GSM Gateway Interference Help

Hello,

I have just added a nokia 22 analogue gsm gateway to my analogue trunk, all works fine, calls out and all but we seem to have a bad noise coming through headset, the the humming sound you get when you put your mobile/cell phone to a speaker.

So we then thought it was because it was near the headset, but we put it behind a brick wall and a fire door about 3m away and still get the same problem.

Can anyone help here?

Do others in the same area have headsets and experience the same problem.
If not then try using one of those headsets on the phone and see if the interference stops.

is it a cordless headset.
Try adusting the settings off the headset.

thanks for your help. I managed to move the gateway about 5m away and seems to stop it a lot.
