I have the same problem as this.... any suggestions?

Hi,
I have problem with phone 4610SW at one location.
Almost every day when man log to phone, and start taking calls he hear noises when somebody speaks to him.
Whem you reset phone everything goes to normal, but on the next day, we have this problem again.
I switched phone with the new one, but it didn't help. I have checked in logs at switch, but I don't see any problem with this port.
 
If you plug into a different switchport, does the issue resolve? If the agent logs into a different phone, does the issue move?
 
I'm using Call Master 5 (digital hard phone), the thing is when we try to do a local to local call I dont get any noise, this is not a hardware or cable level issue. When the agent login, the noise happens.

I'm running CM12 here.
