Node TLAN IP; SS TLAN IP and MGC TLAN ip address change 1

Hi

I need to change ip address for Node, SS,MGC is there any written procedure to do it?
Do i need to reconfigure the SS or just we can do it from Element manager?

is there any steps to do like change MGCs ip @ first?
or node and SS first?
