Thats the error I have can you help. Its not strictly a win 98 problem its all across the board but it happens on 98 too.....!

This sounds like a printer or photo install problem. Check HP's web-site and search [NOCREATE]RWFactory: no create function for class with ID 1115 (0x45b) it should yield a few Ideas. "More Than Merely Names"
